A table with the Loire valley flavours

Bastien Gillet's table is a representative palette of the Loire Valley's flavours and selected produce from artisans and partners. Sea produce in direct supply, butcher breed quality meat, fruit and vegetables from the Loire's gardens as a priority, the produce has a place of honour here, the freshest and tastiest in the plate to bring all the flavour's pleasures.  Without this rigour of quality and attention to the produce, the cook is nothing and cannot put forward his experience through some magic in the plate in front of the customer.

The style is creative, just and respectful. The menu Sensation Pom'Poire is the very expression of the artist-cook and his team.
